This sounds like an ad for the town in some places. Well written, but it just seems a little too chamber-of-commerce-ish.

[edit] House Parties Ordinance?
The following was in the *Economy* section. I've removed it pending someone finding a citation for it.
Farmington has recently passed a House Parties Law, which allows Police or Parents to legally walk into a private residence if they feel that there is suspicious behavior and there is some need for intervention
