Fayzabad District

The Fayzabad District is situated in the Eastern part of the Jowzjan Province,Afghanistan.It borders with Aqcha District to the West,Mardyan District to the North,Balkh Province to thhe East and Sar-e Pol Province to the South.The Population is 36 800(2006).The district center is the village of Fayzabad.It is situated in the Northern part of the district ,few miles North to the main road Sheberghan-Mazari Sharif.
