FC St. Gallen is a Swiss football club, based in St. Gallen. Founded in 1879, it is the oldest football club of Switzerland. Currently a new stadium called "AFG Arena" is being built in the Western part of the city. It will replace in 2008 the current old football ground "Espenmoos" which is in the east end.
