This picture produced by the Bolivian government at their website on their presidents at http://www.presidencia.gov.bo/Presidentes_Bolivia/pr_Bolivia2.htm As Bolivia does not place photos of its government officials into the public domain no known free image of this man as president can be found. It is important for this article as it illustrates its subject. The use of this photo here can not conceivable harm the economic interests of the nation of Bolivia.
