The Doblò has both heavy commercial and domestic use as it carries a payload of up to 730kg, with an interior volume of 3.2m3. It uses a range of engines including the 1.4 petrol, 1.9 MultiJet, and 1.3 MultiJet 16 valve models.
It is also produced in Brazil since 2002. Former versions used engines 1.3 Fire and 1.6 Torque, both 16 valve. Currently, the only engine available in Brazil is a 1.8 Powertrain, 8 valve, supplied by General Motors.
