Flamingo flocking

Flamingo Flocking is today's, adult version, of toilet papering someones house. Flockings are usually associated with celebrations such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, and other events.
The concept is that professional "Flockers" are hired to deliver the flock to a specific address. The delivery is usually done under the cloak of darkness, at night. When the recipient of the flocking awakes, they find a flock of Pink Plastic flamingos on their front lawn.
Flamingo Flocking is also similar to Lawn greetings.
