- I own several RF flags that were made inside the Russian Federation, and all use the shade of blue has I depicted. While I wish the Russian Government came out with Pantone shades, I still wish to stick to the colors the Kremlin offered. Zach (Sound Off) 00:38, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
