A megacity is, according to the article, is a city with a population in excess of 10 million people. Ottawa is no where close. --Richman271talk/con 23:44, 22 July 2006 (UTC)

- Actually, it says in the article that in Canada, the definition is an amalgamated city of several former municipalities. --216.106.107.187 23:33, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
