Florida State Fairgrounds

The Florida State Fairgrounds is located in Tampa, Florida. In addition to holding the annual Florida State Fair, the fairgrounds also hosts a wide variety of other events throughout the year.
The fairgrounds cover over 355 acres, with many different types of buildings.

Cracker Country is a "rural Florida history & folklife museum." It contains various buildings that "were moved to their present location from throughout the state" and were subsequently "restored and furnished with antiques of the period." [1]

An outdoor venue, the Ford Amphitheatre, has dozens of events throughout the year, such as top musical acts. The venue has reserved and open lawn seating.

The Bob Thomas Equestrian Center has horse shows throughout the year.
