Good content/explanation wise, but in my opinion the article is lacking: References (preferably in-line) and the phrase "First, a probe is constructed" needs to be expanded and much more detail included (i.e. what is a probe? A short little description, like: made from, how big, etc.. should suffice) Also, I have added a diagram that I came across that seemed to be particularly helpful.

Just a comment on the picture showing DNA structure at multiscale. The helix structure showed here is a left helix were the B-DNA structure is a right helix.
