FogBugz
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
FogBugz is a web-based proprietary bugtracking product sold by Fog Creek Software. It was designed by Joel Spolsky, well-known for his blog - "Joel on Software".
FogBugz is cross platform, running on any one of Macintosh OS X, Unix, or Microsoft Windows webserver and either a MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Microsoft Jet database. It is currently at its 5.0 release.
Although it remains a bugtracker, FogBugz now contains features of more general project management, support forum, and customer email management.
Unusually, it is written in a custom language, Wasabi, created solely for the project and designed to compile to the various target platforms.
