Forbes 400

The Forbes 400 or 400 Richest Americans (est. 1982) is an annual list published by Forbes Magazine magazine of the wealthiest 400 Americans, ranked by net worth. In 2006, their combined wealth topped $1.25 trillion, and all of the members of the list were billionaires.
The 25th annual edition has 28 new members including natural gas tycoons Aubrey McClendon and Tom L. Ward, real estate developer Stephen M. Ross, and Manny Mashouf who founded Bebe stores.
