"Forever" is the second single from Papa Roach's 4th major label album, The Paramour Sessions.
Forever is currently having great success, peaking at #2 on the Mainstream Rock Chart and #5 on the Modern Rock Chart. The success can be compared to Getting Away With Murder, with Scars being the 2nd single having dominant success over the first single Getting Away with Murder, much like Forever compared to ...To Be Loved, the first single from The Paramour Sessions.
Forever is also the theme song for the new MTV show Scarred, hosted by Jacoby Shaddix. The show makes its debut April 10.
There is currently a contest on Youtube.com in which fans create their own video for the song. Papa Roach will personally pick their favorite video and post it on their website and Myspace page and the winner will receive a Macbook. Five runner-ups will also win autographed CDs and t-shirts from the band. Papa Roach have extended the contest and the winners are expected to be announced sometime in April.
There was also plans to film the official video sometime in March. However, there has been no word from the band on whether the video has already been shot or if it is in the works.
