New to Hispanic American markets was General Mills Para su Familia Raisin Bran Cereal, which featured a boy and girl cartoon characters in its advertising.

2003

Released in June, General Mills Monopoly Cereal featured Mr. Monopoly on the box.
Released in August, General Mills Yu-Gi-Oh! Cereal was a "Limited Edition" brand based on a popular manga and anime series. The box credits Kazuki Takahashi as the artist, and featured coloured foil. The cereal was described as "Millennium Medallion shaped honey sweetened corn cereal", and was corn cereal as triangles.
Released late in the year, General Mills Looney Tunes Back in Action Cereal was packs of fruit flavored, ball-shaped cereal, like the original Trix. Boxes featured Bugs Bunny, Taz, and Daffy Duck.

2006

General Mills Neopets Islandberry Crunch was based on the online game, and featured Blue Kougra on the box. The cereal was classic Trix balls, in red and dark red.

2007

Lightly sweetened, General Mills Disney's Little Einsteins Fruity Stars are shaped like stars with a whole in the centre.
General Mills Disney's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Berry Crunch boxes featured Mickey in 3D, to promote fruit flavored, elongated corn puffs.
General Mills Disney's Princess Fairytale Flakes are sweetened corn flakes.
