[edit] An estimate is only an estimate - not necessarily truth
So in 1990 the new Bulgarian government estimated that the total number of inmates was some 17 000, while "another witness" estimated 186 000. This is an enormous and absolutely unbelievable difference. Please, change the content of the message posted on Wikipedia's front page. --Cryout 20:55, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
