[edit] telepathine
hi Forteanajones, I am of the opinion that the telepathine and harmala entries should be merged. when white people came across ayahuasca, they found the active chemical to be telepathine, but then realized it wasn't a new chemical and already had a name (harmala). because of this, the info on the telepathine page should be merged with harmala- it doesn't need its own article or contain enough info to warrant one. (but that info should definitely go up on the harmala page.) i'll do it sometime later, just figured i'd give you a heads up first. thanks! --Heah 14:20, 19 Apr 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Saturn V move
I have reverted your move of the contents of Saturn V to Saturn V (rocket). This is because Wikipedia policy at Wikipedia:Disambiguation states that if there is little risk of confusion, then there is no need for disambiguation. Also when you move pages you should use the the 'move' option at the top of the page which retains the history of the page. Copying and pasting loses all this information which must be kept under the GFDL. Evil Monkey∴Hello 07:12, Apr 27, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Timestamp changes
I notice you've been changing your timestamps. In case you're not aware, you can change the time zone in your preferences. Sorry if you already know this. --khaosworks 05:39, May 7, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Forteana-stub
Hi - I note you've recently created a new stub category. Normally, stub categories should normally be cleared by Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting before creation. That way they can be vetted to check that there are a viable number of stubs (at least 60-100) and that the category does not cross the existing stub hierarchy before the stub is created.
If you can provide any information on why the stub was created, please add a note to entry for the stub at Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Criteria#Newly-discovered stub categories giving the reason for it. In addition, if there is any Wikiproject associated with the stub add that information. Thanks.
In the case of this stub, I must say that I doubt there's any need for it. Fortean phenomena are already covered by {{para-stub}} , and that is only sparsely populated.
Oh, and if you're interested in helping sort stubs, we're always looking for new members of the project! Grutness...wha? 01:27, 10 May 2005 (UTC)
- Hi Grutness. While I disagree with your last statement about Fortean & Paranormal stub cats (in my view these cats and stub-cats have a fundamental flaw), I am very sorry for the unintentional breach of etiquette and it won't happen again. I may have time to help with the stub sorting project some time in the future, will let you know. — FJ | hello 02:14, May 10, 2005 (UTC)

- where did you find this pic? it looks familiar for some reason, there's a slim possibility i can help out with getting permission for use. i can get new pics taken by me or approved by whoever took them in a month and a half, but don't want to deal with it now since i'm in ecuador and need to go to internet cafes to go online. --Heah (talk) 22:37, 5 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] metacine
hey fj
i just checked out the metacine website today, it looks very interesting. i'd love to become involved and help out- contributing, working on any "overlaps", whatever. can you send me more info on the project, how i can help, and what it needs? i'm in peru at the moment so i can't do much, but i will be back in new york in a few days.
thanks! --Heah (talk) 16:26, 21 July 2005 (UTC)
- Hey Heah! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. You may want to check out Daniel Pinchbeck's forums for a taste of some of what is going into Metacine. And of course, the info at the Metacine.net site might be generally informative. Daniel is currently at Burning Man and they're doing some filming for a Metacine DVD project. The web project is still not quite ready for a wiki yet, despite my enthusiasm for the idea, so stay tuned for more info! — FJ | hello 01:37, September 1, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging Image:Creature.jpg
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Creature.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the image qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. deeptrivia (talk) 14:07, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
