Franco-Ouest

Franco-Ouest, also known as College Catholique Franco-Ouest, is a French Catholic school in the west Ottawa region. It welcomes many people from the diversified cultures of Ottawa. It is located on 411 Seyton drive in Bell's Corners. It is an accredited school of the IBO offering their Middle and Diploma programs.
In 2005-2006, the College Catholique Franco-Ouest went under extensive renovations worth seven million dollars. These renovations have resulted in a new gym, an auditorium, a chapel and several new classrooms.
The school has a Student Council made up of a Prime Minister, deputy Prime Minister, Secretary/Treasurer and four Ministers voted by the Student Assembly, which is in turn composed of Class Representatives for each homeroom. The Student Council has for goal to create activities that students can actively participate in.
Franco-Ouest will be celebrating its fifteenth year of existence on May 11th, 2007.
