Francorp Capital, Inc. is an affiliate of Francorp, Inc., the world’s largest firm specializing in franchise consulting and development. Francorp, Inc.’s founder, Donald D. Boroian has vast experience in virtually every phase of franchising, beginning as a franchise executive in the 1950s. In fact, he learned the hard way about franchising a new business concept. After becoming a franchise consultant in the mid 1970s, he decided to capitalize on his "expertise" by creating his own retail franchise. He soon discovered, however, that his concept was both flawed and undercapitalized. Bankruptcy and a never forgotten lesson were the result. Since 1980, the reorganized franchise consulting firm Francorp, Inc. has developed more than 2000 new franchises, many of which are household names today. Francorp, Inc. will both evaluate the prospective Francorp Capital, Inc. clients and provide the franchise development services they require.
