Frank Fahrenhorst

Frank Fahrenhorst (born September 24, 1977 in Kamen) is a German soccer player who plays for Hannover 96.
The defender played from 1996 to 2004 in the first and second Bundesliga for VfL Bochum.
Afterwards he went to Werder Bremen, where he won the 2006 Ligapokal against Bayern München. He also played eight times for Werder Bremen in the UEFA Champions League.
In August 2006 he transferred to Hannover 96, as part of the deal which saw Per Mertesacker of Hannover move to Werder Bremen.
He also played two times for the Germany national football team.
