Frank Hearne (born 23 November 1858 in Ealing, England; died 14 July 1949 in Cape Town, South Africa) was a cricketer.
One of the few men to play Test cricket for more than one country, he played for both England and South Africa. He also umpired in 6 Tests.
He played for Kent CCC from 1879 to 1889.
