Frank Rennicke

Frank Rennicke is a German folk singer, born 1964 in Braunschweig in Niedersachsen. His songs are based on his nationalist and arguably nazi views, performed by himself with a guitar. He was a member in the national socialist organization Wiking-Jugend until it was banned in 1994.
On October 16, 2002, Herr Rennicke and his wife Ute were sentenced to 17 and 5 months in prison, respectively, for the lyrics of Rennicke's songs, and her refusal to dissociate herself from Rennicke's music.
