Full Moon Fever was the twenty-second book written by R.L. Stine for the Goosebumps: Series 2000 series. It was originally released in October 2000.
The plot involves two kids, Robbie and Alesha, who hear a story from their Grandpa John about the illness of the title, which causes people to turn into monsters when there is a full moon on Halloween. On Halloween, the two look at the full moon as a joke, but do indeed transform into monstrous creatures. The book focuses on their attempts to find a cure for the illness, travelling to Canada with Grandpa John looking for someone to help them. As it turns out, their "condition" may not have been caused by Full Moon Fever at all.
