Currently, there are several future lunar missions scheduled by various nations:

Japan - Selene - Launch: July - August 2007
China - Chang'e 1 - Launch: September 2007
India - Chandrayaan - Launch: February 2008
USA - Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter - Launch: October 2008
Japan - Lunar-A - Launch: 2010 (cancelled, penetrators are going to be integrated in another moon mission)
India - Chandrayaan II: 2010 or 2011
Russia - Luna-Glob - Launch: 2012
Germany - LEO - Launch: 2012

China - Chang'e program: Manned mission by 2020
USA - Project Constellation: Manned mission by 2020
ESA - Aurora Programme: Manned mission before 2030
Japan, Russia and India also tentatively plan to land humans on the moon by 2030, either on their own, or by joining one of the previously mentioned programs.
