Robert Van Winkle (tunnetaan paremmin nimellä Vanilla Ice, s. 31. lokakuuta 1968 Miami Lakes, Florida) on yhdysvaltalainen rap-artisti. Hänet tunnetaan parhaiten hittikappaleestaan "Ice Ice Baby", joka nousi myyntilistojen kärkeen vuonna 1990.
