Schéma électrique équivalent des cellules TFT d'un écran à cristaux liquides (TFT-LCD) où la pixel inférieur est allumé en jaune / Equivalent electric schematic of a TFT array in a LCD display. A yellow pixel is lit by polarising R and B sub-pixels of the bottom pixel.

Les lignes horizontales commandes les grilles des transistors à effet de champ; les lignes verticales pilotent les sources. / Horizontal lines drive the gates of the field-effect transistors (FET) while vertical ones command gray level through the sources.
Cs: Capacité de stockage du sous-pixel / subpixel storage capacitance
Cgs: Capacité parasite entre l'électrode du sous-pixel et l'électrode avant / parasitic capacitance between cell electrode and front electrode
