Freddie Highmore, de son vrai nom Alfred Thomas Highmore, (né le 14 février 1992 à Londres) est un acteur britannique.

Freddie Highmore a été élevé dans une famille qui est dans le show business. Sa mère est un agent de talent et son père est un acteur. Freddie a commencé à jouer des petits rôles pour la TV à l'âge de 7 ans. En 2004, il a effectué une percée importante pour son rôle de Peter dans Neverland. Il a reçu plusieurs nominations et récompenses pour le rôle, y compris une récompense de critiques de film d'émission et une nomination au récompense de la Screen Actors' Guild Award nomination. Il a également commencé une amitié durable avec Johnny Depp pendant la production.
En 2005, Freddie a joué le rôle de Charlie dans le blockbuster Charlie et la chocolaterie (adapté du livre par Roald Dahl). Il a été recommandé pour le rôle par Johnny Depp, qui a été très impressionné par sa prestation dans Neverland.
Un autre rôle notable est le jeune Raoul dans Deux frères, dirigés par Jean-Jacques Annaud, dans lequel il joue avec un tigre.
