Tim Smith alias T.V. Smith né à Bideford le 5 avril 1956 est un chanteur de punk.Il débuta sa carrière avec le groupe The Adverts puis s'est lancé en solo.Il a joué avec des groupes tels que Amen ou Die Toten Hosen.
