GameLab
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Gamelab is a New York City-based computer game developer. Their games are known for their provocative, stylish simplicity, with an emphasis on innovation in gameplay and formal elegance over heavy use of 3D graphics. Gamelab primarily builds downloadable casual games, with Diner Dash being their biggest commercial success to date. In addition, they have designed conference-wide games for the Game Developers Conference and have collaborated with LEGO on a number of online games such as LEGO Junkbot.
Gamelab also operates the multiplayer web game SiSSYFiGHT 2000. Several of the Gamelab staff were involved in the design and development of Sissyfight prior to Gamelab's formation in 2000.
