I am a regular person (like you or your neighbor) who is trying to clear up messes on WIKIPEDIA, though I am not an administrator. I absolutely Do NOT appreciate rude talk on this site as I'm pretty sure no one does. I'm just here to try and help and/or comment. Pet peeves? People being rude to the newbies. And others. But newbies at most because they don't know much on WIKIPEDIA.
