[edit] Hello, Nobody
You puzzled me a bit with your "preselection". "Vorwahl" is generally "area code" in English.
Have a look at what I've done.
[edit] Hello,
I'm from Gelsenkirchen, too. It's true that it's been coal and hydrogenation industry, not ammunition (hydrogenation ~ making gas/fuel from coal) The article itself notes the hydrogenation plant. ("Hydrierwerk Scholven AG") During the war this plant has had its own Konzentrationslager, but it has been a Arbeitslager (working camp), not a Vernichtungslager (People were forced to work, not killed. Unlike Auschwitz, for example)
