Image talk:Gemini3.JPG

Are you sure this is accurate? I have a collection of replica mission patches, and the Gemini 3 patch (which I bought at NASA's KSC visitor centre) is completly different. It shows a Gemini, embroidered in red and white, against a green background. The astronauts' names are above the picture of the spacecraft, in red, and only their surnames are present. Between these and the picture of the craft is the designation GT-3, also in red, and below the picture, the words "Molly Brown" appear. This is an image of it from NASAs website:[1] --GW_Simulations 18:42, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
- Interersting. Looking at that NASA site they also have a patch for Gemini 4, which officially like Gemini 3 didn't actually have a mission patch. I wouldn't trust that NASA site also as they have patches for Mercury missions which didn't fly either. I'm not sure where I got this particular image from but it is of the same style as the one on http://www.spacepatches.nl . That site has a couple of images [2][3] of John Young wearing the design as well. It also appears on [4], another private mission patch site. Evil Monkey - Hello 20:35, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
