Genie Davis

Genie Davis is an author born in 1957. Began writing career for television, including the well known soap opera Port Charles. After years of running her production and editing company she began screen writing and wrote over 17 major motion picture scripts from the late 1990's until the early 2000's. With many years of writing experience in the fields of film and television, she took an important step forward in her career in the early 2000's. She began work on several novels and novellas including a mystery series and works adapted from several of her most successful screen-plays. In 2001 her first novel was published, "Dream Town" under a small press. That same year the low budget independent film "Losing Hope" commenced filming which she co-wrote. A few years past this, her next novel, "The Model Man" entered publication, this time under Kensington a major publishing company. She appeared at many book signings around Southern California and the book became more successful. After selling millions of copies to people around the continent of North America, her novel "Five O'clock Shadow" entered publication. The novel is one of several due to appear in 2007.
