George Russell, 10th Duke of Bedford

George William Francis Sackville Russell, 10th Duke of Bedford DL (April 16, 1852 – March 23, 1893) was the son of Francis Russell, 9th Duke of Bedford.
Russell graduated from Balliol College, Oxford in 1874 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and was admitted to Lincoln's Inn, as a barrister.
He married Lady Adeline Marie Somers, daughter of Charles Somers, 3rd Earl Somers, on October 24, 1876.
He was M.P. (Liberal) for Bedfordshire between 1875 and 1885, Sheriff of Bedfordshire in 1889 and was later sometime Deputy Lieutenant of Bedfordshire.
He died in 1893, aged 40, at #37 Chesham Place, London, from diabetes, without issue.
He was buried at Chenies, Buckinghamshire and his titles passed to his brother, Herbrand Russell.
