George Teasdale

George Teasdale (December 8, 1831–6 June 1907) born in London, England, was a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and a General Authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Teasdale was ordained an apostle on October 16, 1882, by Church President John Taylor. Future Church President Heber J. Grant was ordained an apostle on the same date. Upon Teasdale's death he was succeeded in the Quorum of the Twelve by Anthony W. Ivins.
