Georgia's 13th Congressional District has been represented in the United States House of Representatives by David Scott (Democrat) since 2003.

This map is of the old 13th district, as of the 109th Congress. The current district is primarily located to the west of Atlanta. Most of the territory shown here, especially areas to the east of Atlanta, are no longer in this district. See map link below for current district map.
