State Route 382 is a state highway that runs west-to-east entirely in Gilmer County in north central Georgia. From its western terminus at S.R. 136, the route runs northeast, then runs south along the former alignment of S.R. 5 before reaching its eastern terminus at S.R. 5/S.R. 515 south of Ellijay. The route can be used to access the southern shores of Carters Lake.
