Good to see this portal :-) Is the scope of "Geometry" everything listed under the Geometry category? Most importantly, does it include Topology? (I think it should, unless Topology got its own portal). Tompw 01:29, 24 November 2006 (UTC)

I'm al little concernerd about using the Squircle as the featured article. I'm not convinced this is a widely used name for the shape of if this is an accepted meaning, indeed its could be counted as a neologism. Having an article of this name is dubious, having it featured is streatching things too far. Google scoller has only 11 hits for the term,[1] which indictes its not a widely used name. --Salix alba (talk) 14:33, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
