"Get Rhythm" is a rockabilly song, written and recorded by Johnny Cash. The song is about optimism, centering on a shoeshine boy who "gets rhythm" to cope with the tedious nature of his job. It was his first number one single on the country charts. The song was later covered by Ry Cooder.
