"Gettin' Some," also known as Gettin' Some Head is a single off of rapper Shawnna's 2nd album Block Music, which was released in 2006. The song samples Too $hort's single "Blowjob Betty." It also features rapper Ludacris in the well known "radio edit". The song is obviously a reference to oral sex as Ludacris and another rapper tell in their parts in the song about receiving oral sex from women.
