Talk:Geto Boys

The link for Mike Dean currently goes to the bassist of Corrosion of Conformity. I am assuming this is the wrong Mike Dean, so I will change the link. - N (talk) 19:24, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

There should be some mention of the earlier spelling of the group name as "The Ghetto Boys".
Their first release as "Geto Boys" was the Def American release "Geto Boys" which was a re-worked version of "Grip It! On That Other Level".
Also, the discography should feature a mention of the personnel on each album since the group has long employed a rotating membership. The Scarface + Willie D + Bushwick Bill lineup is considered the "classic" line-up thanks to MTV, but that's not the line-up that early fans grew to love.

- Got a citation? Both the Making Trouble and Grip It album covers depicted in the section "Discography" show the fanciful "GETO" spelling. --Damian Yerrick (talk | stalk) 17:56, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
- Added the original cover for Grip It to the article (it already appeared on the page for that album) Jxan3000 11:17, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
