Ghoti, Inc.

Ghoti, Inc. is a non-profit organization that specializes in Christian rock radio and concert promotion. It began in October 2002 in Austin, Texas, although it has expanded to include studios in Snyder, Texas, and Chanute, Kansas. Red Letter Rock 20 and Red Letter Rock Fest are companies under the Ghoti, Inc. umbrella.

[edit] Red Letter Rock 20
Red Letter Rock 20 is a weekly Christian rock countdown that is syndicated on 56 radio stations across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. The show is hosted by Reid Johnson and Cody Christopher who share a combined 28 years of radio experience. They have been producing the show since November 1, 2003. Each week, a different artist within the Christian rock genre joins them to co-host the show. Bands like P.O.D., Relient K, Underoath, Flyleaf, Skillet, Thousand Foot Krutch, Jeremy Camp, Kutless, Pillar, BarlowGirl, Hawk Nelson, Sanctus Real, and Disciple have served as Johnson and Christopher's co-host. The Christian rock chart is compiled by Radio & Records Magazine.

In 2004, Red Letter Rock 20 won two American Christian Music Awards for "Best Syndicated Show" and "Best Christian Countdown". The show was renominated in 2005 for "Best Syndicated Show".
Red Letter Rock 20 also disburses the Red Letter Rock End of the Year Awards, and the winners for 2006 are as follows:

After spending 7+ weeks in the #1 position, a song is placed in the Red Letter Rock Hall Of Fame. Thus far, four songs have reached that length of run at #1:
1) Skillet "Savior" (10 weeks)
2) Relient K "Be My Escape" (8 weeks)
T3) Skillet "Rebirthing" (7 weeks)
T3) Disciple "The Wait Is Over" (7 weeks)

On June 3, 2006, Reid Johnson and Cody Christopher took Red Letter Rock 20 to the main stage with the first annual Red Letter Rock Fest featuring Skillet, Pillar, Michael Tait, Kevin Max, Jon Micah Sumrall of Kutless, Matt "Mojo" Morginsky of the Supertones, KJ-52, Seventh Day Slumber, By the tree, RED, and Detour 180. It was held at the Scurry County Coliseum in Snyder, Texas, and drew in over 1,500 attendees. The second annual Red Letter Rock Fest will be Saturday, June 2, 2007, and will feature Skillet, Thousand Foot Krutch, Project 86, Salvador, Disciple, Day of Fire, Falling Up, The Afters, Kids in the Way, Fireflight, Run Kid Run, Hundred Year Storm, Crimson Soul and speaker Stephen Baldwin.
