This image, Giantsize1.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Onomatopoeia 09:35, 30 November 2006 (UTC))feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

No free alternative can exist given the likeness of the character Storm is a trademark and thus protected;
It is a low resolution copy of a comic book cover;
The image was released to the media to promote the issue in question, issue 1 Giant Size X-Men;
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the comic book in any way;
Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the comic book cover art on another comic book;
The image is significant; it was created by two notable comic book artists, Gil Kane and Dave Cockrum. It is the cover to one of the most important X-Men issues of all time, voted fifth most important Marvel Comic of all Time by Wizard magazine in 2001 (100_Greatest_Marvels), and establishes Storm as an important pop culture figure, as she is clearly seen in the top right corner of the cover of this groundbreaking comic.
