I see you are new and asked about why I removed the cast photo from the West Wing userbox template. Here at Wikipedia we are starting to impose strict requirements on fair-use images. One of our set rules is that fair-use images are not permitted on Wikipedia outside of actual articles. See WP:Fair_use for more (the cited rule is point #9 under "Policy"). So the cast photo can be claimed as fair use for the article about The West Wing, but not for the userbox. Happy editing! Andrew Levine 08:37, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
