Glabar Park

Glabar Park is a neighbourhood in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada's west end. The neighbourhood is home to two elementary schools, two churches, and a few parks. The most community-oriented park, Kingsmere Park, features a large wading pool in the summer, and a double-sized hockey and skating rink in the winter. These amenities are all provided by the City of Ottawa.
Glabar Park is home to a few local celebrities, including former mayor Jacquelin Holzman, City Councillor Alex Cullen, and This Firefighter's Life author Jimmy Allen.
