Gletscherhorn
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Gletscherhorn is a mountain to the south of the Jungfrau in the Bernese Alps. In most photographs of this area it is hidden by the Jungfrau, but there is a good view from the Schilthorn. It is 3,983 metres high, and so, while being higher than the Eiger and one of the ten highest mountains in the Bernese Alps, is just too low to be one of the four thousanders.
