Goch (Dutch: Gogh) is a town in the district of Kleve, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is situated near the border with the Netherlands, approx. 12 km south of Kleve, and 27 km southeast of Nijmegen.
Goch is also a last name of many people living all over the Europe, United States and many other regions. It most likely came from the above mentioned city, although it is believed that it is a Dutch name.
