Golden Gaming is a privately held gaming company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is the largest^[1] tavern operator in Nevada and the third largest slot route operator in Nevada.

The company was created in October of 2001 from the acquisition of Southwest Gaming Services, Inc..

On July 5, 2006 Golden Gaming announced plans to acquire the Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Gambling Hall from Generation 2000. The sale received approve from the Gaming Comission on October 19, 2006.^[2]

On July 12, 2006 Morgans Hotel Group announced an agreement with Golden Gaming under which Golden Gaming would operate the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino's gaming facilities.
