Goldilocks Bakeshop (also known as Goldilocks Bakeshop and Restaurant) is a Philippine-based chain of bakeshops specializing in Filipino pastry and sweets. It has branches not only in the Philippines but also in the United States and Canada, where they cater to the Filipino expatriate communities there. Goldilocks was opened in 1966 as a family business and started in a one-door apartment of a two-story structure on Pasong Tamo Street, Makati City. It has 192 branches and had planned, in 2006, to add 15 to 20 more, especially in Naga City where the founders of the bakeshop are based. [1] It first opened its US branch in 1976, at Artesia, CA.[2] Since then, it had 17 international branches. Sixteen branches are in the United States while one is in Vancouver, Canada.
Its main products are cakes and pastries. Some branches also operate a Filipino cuisine restaurant.
