Just removed an item from the associations list, because as stands it's pure speculation. If there's documentation anywhere that Tolkein was intentionally referencing King Gorboduc "in coining the name "Gorbadoc" for Frodo Baggins' Brandybuck grandfather" then I'd be happy to add that back to the list.
