Gregory John Pathiakis (born November 27, 1979) is the current Commissioner of the North East Collegiate Lacrosse League (NECLL) and past Secretary and Treasurer of the Pioneer Collegiate Lacrosse League (PCLL). Pathiakis was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Methuen, Massachusetts. He attended Central Catholic High School and Stonehill College where he earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management in 2002. At Stonehill, Pathiakis managed the school's club men's lacrosse program beginning in his freshman year. During his sophomore year, he was elected to the Executive Board of the team, serving as Treasurer of the team for the year. In his junior year, he was elected President of a team, a position he would hold for the last two years of college. He continued as a consultant to the team for a year after graduation.

Also during his sophomore year, at the encouragement of the team's coach, John Rose, he attended his first meeting of the PCLL which the Stonehill Men's Lacrosse Club belonged to. In that first year, he assisted their league in their transition into US Lacrosse Intercollegiate Associates (USL MDIA), which is now the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association. In his junior year, Pathiakis ran for, and was elected to the league's Executive Board, serving as League Secretary from 2000 through 2006. In his senior year, Pathiakis ran for a second position and became the league's first Executive Board member to hold two positions, Secretary and Treasurer. He held both positions through 2006 when he resigned from his affiliation with the league in order to help found the NECLL.

During his time on the PCLL Executive Board, Pathiakis held numerous other positions, both on the local and national level. These positions included Webmaster of the Stonehill Men's Lacrosse Club and PCLLwebsites, Chairman of the PCLL Championship Weekend committee, Chairman of the PCLL Membership committee, member of the 2007 PCLL Invitational Tournament committee, Lead Statistician of the USL MDIA, member of the USL MDIA Website committee, USL MDIA Top-25 Poll Voter, USL MDIA Eligibility Coordinator.
